It’s that time again! VBS Scholarships are back! Please help us fund the 200 kids coming to VBS June 22-26 by taking an envelope off the display and giving to the VBS fund. It costs $30/child. Give a little or a lot. Either way, know we appreciate you and so do the kids!
THANK YOU to everyone who helped donate items, sort baby clothes, or help with the set up for this wonderful community event. Over 114 moms were blessed with life affirming and valuable resources.  
Face-2-Face is a senior version of Walk to Emmaus but limited to those 60+ or mobility challenged. It will be held each Thur in May from 8:30 am - 3 pm in our Sanctuary.  Contact Steve Mauldin, Rob & Denise Miller or the office if interested. Applications need in by MAY 3.
Join us at the church on Sun, May 3 from 12-4 pm. Water slides will be open so bring your suit. Bring a dish to share: last name A-C (dessert), D-K (Side Dish, L-R (Salads) and S-Z (Coke/Pepsi products, cans only). Sign up on the insert or website. We will also be holding a Ministry Fair to highlight our wonderful ministries.
Rooted & Rested helps Moms stay rooted in Christ, release anxiety & live faithfully in everyday motherhood. Join other Moms on the 3rd Thurs of each month at 8 pm. If you are interested contact the office for the location details.
Thurs, May 7th at noon in the LEC. Dennis Stark will be hosting Roger Busch, Senior Vice President at Morgan-Stanley. He’ll be speaking on the “Methodology and Joy of Giving”. Write on your Connect Card if you plan on being there. Free lunch is served!

MOTHER’S DAY CAR WASH - MAY 10TH
The youth will be honoring Mothers at church by washing their cars during services. Please drop your car off at Building 6 (111 S Alabama Ave.) to have it washed the morning of the 10th.

They need canned Hunt’s meat spaghetti sauce, Chicken or Beef Stew and Chef Boyardee.

The Foundations of Faith will meet in the Sanctuary following the 8 am service.

Join us as we learn to develop a Christ-centered worldview one passage at a time.

The 2nd Mon of each month is when the women meet for devotions, refreshments, and a special topic.

Exploring topics related to the founding of our country for the 250th anniversary, “what all Christians should know”, and the topic of finding God amidst pain and suffering.
